Budget- Assembly operating budget flow, in line with the information provided by the customer, aiming at the full financial control of the job.

Coordination – all details are important in a production and coordination aims to ensure that everything is in compliance; with equipment, timetables, agendas, contracts and permissions, and everything might be necessary for the proper progress of the work.

 

Financial- Management of project cash flow, inflow, payments to suppliers, besides managing a margin fund to guarantee execution of the job. 

 

Finalization – are included in finalization; editing, image processing, along with the whole fine tuning, the look of art and sensitivity, that will form the final result.
